A terrific top for higher-waisted bottoms, this easy piece from 3 Potato has a scoop neckline, elbow-length sleeves and a trim, A-line silhouette that's slightly longer in back. Our in-store customers love 3 Potato's woven viscose fabric -- extremely light on the body, but with enough texture to avoid clinginess.
