Embroidered Puff Sleeve Tara Top, Blue

This feminine symphony of a blouse is crafted in a crisp woven. She has exaggerated puff sleeves that are heavily embroidered, with a notched V neckline, shirred collar and an A-line silhouette. We find this is running true to size to slightly large.
