Half dress, half layering piece, total fun. Done in a sheer tulle, Tutu is sleeveless and has an A-line silhouette. While it can stand on its own over a bodysuit or leggings and a tank top,  we like it best peeking out from under sweaters, jackets and dresses. Running true to size to large.
