Done in a lightweight, crinkled woven rayon blend, this striking blouse-meets-jacket has a mandarin shirt collar and bracelet-length sleeves. The body is a trim A-line, with a button-front placket. In back, an inverted pleat between the shoulder blades sets up a little swing that adds extra ease to the fit. The effect is tailored, but the fit is relaxed.
