This shapely little chiffon dress has a twisted scarf detail at the neckline that can be pulled down on the shoulders to form cap sleeves; in back, the scarf detail can be worn loose over the shoulder blades or tied in a bow. The fit is closer through the bust and midsection, before flaring easily through the hips. We find this is running true to size to slightly small.
