Floating Overlay Dress, Peacock

Such an striking dress! It has a rounded neckline and cap sleeves; the A-line silhouette is clean and unfussy. The top layer is a semi-sheer silk organza, with a slim slip underneath in a slightly brighter shade of peacock blue. We find this is running true to size.
